Network back to normal
Network Issues

To all customers experiencing network issues:

Yesterday we turned-up a new internet line to cater to our rapidly growing business and to provide the best service possible to our clients.

Instead of being a burstable line like we ordered, we were provided a rate-limited port which in turn bottle-necked our traffic and provided many customers with incredibly slow speeds. We have been troubleshooting this issue for the last few hours and have made the decision to disable the port and to resume service with our original configuration as we contact Time Warner and troubleshoot this issue.

Your servers and websites should be responding as normal, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused some of you.
